About Me
My name is Trey Williams, and I live in Alexandria, KY with my wife, Loran, and our four amazing children: Colton, Macie, Brandt, and Grey. I’m a proud product of Cincinnati Public Schools, graduating from Withrow High School, where I was an All-Conference athlete in both football and track & field.
I earned a football scholarship to Morehead State University before continuing my collegiate career at Tiffin University. At Tiffin, I was a three-time All-GLIAC (Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference) performer (2008–2010), two-time Offensive MVP (2009–2010), and a selection for the Ohio National Guard Senior Bowl in 2011.
After college, I was invited to the EastPreps D2/D3 Regional Combine in Chicago and later the EastPreps Top 100 National Combine in New Jersey. My professional journey included a season with the Jacksonville Sharks (AFL, 2011) and two seasons with the Cincinnati Hawks (NFFL, 2013–2014), where I was an All-Star and helped lead the team to a 2013 Semi-Pro National Championship.
I’m an IYCA-certified Speed and Agility Specialist (CSAS), and I believe in an all-or-nothing approach to training. I push for hard work, consistency, and accountability—because when you give your all, the results follow.
Family is everything to me. It’s my foundation and my motivation. Every athlete I work with becomes part of that extended family.
